Privacy Policy
সংক্ষেপে: আপনার রেকর্ডিং আর লেসন আপনারই। আমরা সেগুলো শুধু এডিট করার জন্য রাখি, কাউকে দিই না, বিজ্ঞাপনে ব্যবহার করি না, আর নির্দিষ্ট দিনের পর মুছে ফেলি। যখন খুশি নিজে মুছতে বা অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করতে পারেন।
Who we are
LessonCut is operated by PretendMind LLC (New Mexico, USA) and PretendMind Ltd. (Dhaka, Bangladesh). Questions: hi@pretendmind.com.
What we collect
Your email address (to sign you in), the recordings you upload or that Zoom sends us on your behalf, the lessons we render from them, and basic usage events (job created, job done, plan changes). We do not run advertising trackers.
Why we use it
To render your lessons, show you progress, bill you for the plan you chose, and answer support requests. Your recordings are processed by an automated rules engine; no person watches them unless you ask us to look at a problem.
Zoom
If you connect Zoom, we store the access and refresh tokens Zoom gives us, use them only to receive your finished cloud recordings, and delete them when you disconnect or uninstall the app. We never post to Zoom or read anything other than recordings you own.
Where it lives
Files are stored in private cloud storage (Supabase / Cloudflare R2) and served through short-lived signed links. Rendering runs on servers we control. Payments are handled by Stripe, bKash and SSLCommerz; we never see your card or wallet credentials.
How long
Free renders and their uploads are deleted 7 days after rendering; paid renders after 30 days. Account data stays until you delete the account. You can delete any lesson at any time from the app, and ask us to delete everything by email.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. Write to the address above; we answer within 14 days. Bangladesh customers may also contact PretendMind Ltd. at House 202/D, Apt 4A, Haji Solimuddin Lane, Middle Badda, Dhaka-1212.
Children
LessonCut is for teachers and course creators. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
Changes
We will post changes here and date them. Material changes are announced by email.
