Try it free first
Every account gets 3 free lessons so you can see the result before paying.
7-day refund
If you paid for the first time and rendered less than one hour of lessons, ask within 7 days and we refund the full amount, no questions.
A bad edit
If a render is clearly wrong (not the recording's fault: missing files, no camera, silent audio), tell us within 14 days with the lesson link. We re-run it, fix the rules, or refund that lesson's hours.
Subscriptions
Cancel any time from Settings; you keep access until the period ends. We do not refund unused hours of a period that already started, except under the 7-day rule above.
Bangladesh passes
30-day passes bought through bKash or SSLCommerz are refunded to the same wallet or card within 7 working days when the rules above apply.
How to ask
Email hi@pretendmind.com from the address you signed up with, with the plan and date. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
